As an avid player, I have learned a couple of important lessons while wagering over the years. Regardless if you are partial to betting at the real world’ casinos or the numerous net casinos. The following are my all important rules of betting, most of which might be seen as clear thinking, but if followed they will help you go a long way to leaving with a sense of enjoyment.

Rule 1: Go to a casino with a predetermined amount that you are ready and are able to afford to wager – How much would you pay for an evening out on diner, cocktails, entrance charges and tips? This is an excellent number to use.

Rule 2: Don’t take your debit card out with you – or any other way of drawing cash out. Do not worry about cash for the taxi if you burn all of it; most cab operators, in particular the cabs booked at casinos, will drive you to your home and are more than happy to wait for the moola when you get home.

Rule 3: Stick to an upper cutoff. I always see what I would want to buy should I win. The last time I went, I decided I would quite love to purchase a new Media Player which retailed at $400, so that was my predetermined limit. As soon as I achieved this amount, I quit. Just walk away. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself approaches with you the upcoming number for the roulette wheel, pay no attention to her and say goodbye. Head out safe in the understanding that you will be heading into the mall and getting a nice new toy!

Rule 4: Have a good time. When you’re "enthusiastic" you will succeed. It is a certainty. I do not understand how, but it simply is. Right after it turns into a chore, or you are simply playing to make $$$$ you have lost, you usually will exhaust even more. When you’re succeeding, having an excellent time with your buddies, or your significant other, you usually will earn even more.
